Peting Sharks At The Zoo?!?

Jasmine and I got to pet Sting Rays And Sharks! Well, we did pet the Sting Rays, but the sharks wouldn't move, so we didn't get to actually pet them. It was still a lot of fun! The cool thing was that the Sting Rays would come to you! We also got to ride camels, It was Jasmines first time on a Camel! We got to see a lot of weird animals that I've never seen before. .

If I could trade places with anyone......

If I could switch places with anyone in the world, it would be Selena Gomez.

I would want to switch places with Selena Gomez because she gets to hang out with a lot of other celebrites that I like, Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus, Jake T. Austin and many more! Selena has a very good personality and is very nice. She is in one of my favourite T.V shows: Wizards of Waverly Place. I've watched a lot of interviews with her and she says that she has a lot of fun filming her show. She was in my favourite show when I was little. Barney! I would have loved to meet Barney. Selena cares a lot for the environment too. She once went to Puerto Rico to help out Stray dogs. I would want to go to Puerto Rico and help out Strays too. Selena also teamed up with State Farm Insurance for Safe Driving And DoSomething.org.
Selena gets to do a lot of things that I wish I could. She got to design her own shoes and gets to go to a lot of places.
I think that she would be very generous and fun person to be.

HM : The Movie

If I could be in any movie I think it would be Hannah Montana: the movie. I'd want the role as Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana because she has a very interesting life, living a double life would be really cool. You'd get to be a superstar and live a normal life. Also because this movie has a really good stroy, to be yourself. It would be really cool working with the stars of the movie and going to Tenesse. I've always wanted to go to Texas and Ride a horse.

How to make Paper Stars!!!!

Have you guys ever heard of paper cranes?; that if you make 1000 of them you get a wish? 
Well, the same goes for these stars:
I only have have as many as the picture above... ( cuz those are mine ^.^)
Paper stars arn't so hard their actually as easy as the paper cranes, maybe easier. You just need some practice.

Wanna learn how to make them?!?
Well heres how!

You will need a strip of paper, use recycled printer paper if your doing it for the first time. Don't use lined paper that may be too light. 

Strips:
1cm in width
about 27 cm in length (thats the length of A4 paper - Printer Paper)

1. Knot the paper. Just a simple knot, like how you would tie your shoes, make sure the knot is at the end of your strip.

How to tie a knot on the paper: 

If you have a little peice of it at the end  (like it shows in step 3, coming out from the right) you can rip it off.

2. Now just take the long peice and wrap it around your pentagon, when you wrap it once it will lead to another side just wrap it from there and so on. Keep repeating that until your strip gets really small.

3. Take the end of the strip and tuck it in the little pocket.

4. Heres the last step, Push it in from all the sides. Using your nails would be easier.

All Hail My Backyard!!

The Hail Storm...

I don't know why its coming out so blurry on blogger!!!
Its soo clear on my camera!! 

This was at approximately 8:50am - 9:00am .  It really woke me up in the morning. My brothers woke up too. I looked outside and it looked so cool. So I took my camera and made a video of it! (From my room to my backyard) The hail would first come down really slow... and all of a sudden it would come down so fast! Notice how only the front of my backyard is covered by hail, and the back of it....? And also my neighbour's backyard....no hail!?!? A lot of water was running down the side of the road.     -     At the end the birds were chirping happily :)

If you're wondering why my backyard has a little mini park in it, thats because my dad and grandfather put it there when I was about 3 years old (1999). I still play on it when I'm bored or need to go out for a while. ITS FUN! I don't have to go to the public park and wait my turn on the swings....I know one swing is broken...My fat brother sat on it and broke it.... :(

3d Paper Origami

I love making paper oragami. I've known how to make all types of different paper oragami structures ever since I was in K-G. It's really fun. 
I found this really cool picture of Tigger in 3D oragami! It looks so cool! This type of oragami is called Modular Oragami. The little pecies look like triangles. They're called modules. There are many types of modules but, I've mostly seen the type that are on the structure above. You can make many types of 3D oragami using these modules. Here is a 3D Swan (in pink): And a Picture of a 3D Oragami Panda: They look really cool! And they are quite easy to make, you just need some patience. If you think you arn't that patience you can make simple oragami art it's super easy to make, might just take a minute or 2.

Mario Saves Princess Peach!?!?!? (so funny!)

I remember this super funny video from last year. It's so funny! You would understand it more if you've played Mario games. On the first day it was on youtube it got close to 1 million views! It now has about 14 million views.

I noticed that in the beginning Princess Peach says "Mario, you saved me!" and then later on in the video she says "I don't even know who you are" lol.

Peacocks!

We all call them Peacocks, right? Probably because the Male has the brighter and more beautiful feathers than the female. "Peacocks" in general are called Peafowls (male or female). A male Peafowl is called a Peacock and the female Peafowl is called a Peahen. Peacocks have big and bright feathers, and the peahens don't. Thats because the peacock uses his tail to attract the peahens. The Peacock starts to grow his beautiful feathers when its about 3 years old. They grow up to be more than 5 feet long, and are shed every year. When the peacock is about 6 years old, it has a full grown and developed tail.

 Even though Peafowls usually walk they have the ability to fly as well. (picture of a peahen)
 Peahen's can lay 6-12 eggs. The baby peafowls are called Peachchicks:  There is also a such thing called a white peacock. It's also known as the Albino Peacock. Heres a picture of one: You would rarely see a white peacock anywhere. And Especially this kind of peacock:
 It's a half albino peacock and half indian peacock. It's really cool how it changes half from albino to indian peacock! I have never seen a peacock like this before. (yes, it is a real peacock.) There are many types of peacocks, some with brown feathers and some with blue feathers. Did you know that Peacocks are India's National Bird.  Peafowls are really interesting! It was raining and I couldn't go outside, my brothers were gone to my cousin's house, and I was home with my grandparents. It was sooooo boring! So I colored my anime drawing on the computer, which is a very long process, but I did it! :) It was my first time coloring one of my drawings on the computer !! :D (Colored using PhotoFilter)

Anime/Manga

Anime And Manga are basically the same thing; Japanese syle cartoons.  In Anime these cartoons are featured in animations, and in Manga they are featured in Comic books. The cartoons are commonly known as anime drawings/cartoons. I think these cartoons are pretty cute. But, the best thing about them are their eyes. Their eyes are just so beautiful! Here are some types of anime eyes that I drew:

I love the red eyes. And they don't even look creepy, in normal cartoons red eyes look really creepy. A lot of times in anime you'll see weird looking animals, and anime girls with cat ears and tails. I think it's cute, and really creative for them to make it look like that. Theres so many types of anime, such as Chibi Anime, and Kodomo anime.

HAPPY EARTH DAY!!!

Today is Earth Day! (April 22nd)
Earth day is made to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth's environment.
So instead of just playing around, go do something for the environment! I'm going to plant some trees :) About 3 years ago (on this same day), I planted a tree in my backyard and it's pretty big now! My brother planted one too but, he didn't take care of it so it broke and hasn't even grown an inch. I'll be replacing that tree with another one this year. Theres many more things you can do than just plant trees on Earth Day. You can walk to school instead, or use a bike. I walk to school everyday, in snow or in rain. It isn't that hard. You can also take a short shower, wash clothes in cold water, use public transportation, and replace your incandescent light bulbs with compact fluorescent bulbs.

Taj Mahal (Interesting)

   I was looking at some old pictures of when I went to India in 2007 and I saw one of the Taj Mahal. So I decided to tell you guys about the history of the Taj Mahal, When and Why was it made. I've been there, and when you step right on the Taj Mahal floor it's like someones trying to fry your foot (it's really hot, especially in the summer!). When you go inside they rush you, because hundreds of people go there everyday.

And the most interesting thing about it, is that someone is buried in there; in the basement. They don't let you go in the basement anymore because the stairs are tilted and almost about to break. But they have a replica of the tomb in the main floor.

 The person that is buried in the Taj Mahal is Mumtaz Mahal. Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan built it in memory of his *favorite wife*, Mumtaz Mahal. Yes, he was married more than once, Mumtaz Mahal was his 3rd wife. She died during the birth of their fourteenth child. Mumtaz Mahal told Shah Jahan to build her a palace before she died. So Shah Jahan wanted to make a mausoleum for her that the world has never seen before. And so the making of the Taj Mahal began in 1631 (376 years from now, wow! and one year after Mumtaz Mahal died). The Taj Mahal was completed in 22 years by 20,000 artisans brought to India from all over the world! It's really beautiful, the carving techniques are just genius! This beautiful building is located in India, Agra (its a very hot place).

Its a bit choppy but we tried...

Two Bear friends Are playing. One orders Pizza with every available topping And Eats it. He Dies. The Other one calls the police and can't beleive that his friend died just because of eating pizza. So he tries one too. He Dies. The Police comes and notice that they are both dead and that they can't do anything now. They see that the bears left them some pizza before they died. The police eat the pizza too.... SO NEVER EAT PIZZA WITH EVERY AVAILABLE TOPPING!!

"Global Warming" is a serious issue all around the world. Some are trying to help, and some are simply ignoring it. And some don't even know what global warming is...

Poor Pups....

Stray dog epidemic on the Island of Puerto Rico.

I can't beleive people actually do this to dogs...
thanks to Selena Gomez, Jake T. Austin and Taylor Swift for spreading the word and helping out these strays. We should respect these dogs as much as we respect each other! Its so sad when someone just dumps some poor little puppy on the streets. Whats even more sad; is that most people dont even know that this is happening! Although, of course, it is important to help these dogs, it is also important to educate people about whats going on! There should be 78 shelters in all of Puerto Rico but sadly theres only 5.... These dogs have real minds too. Dogs help people, the blind and the sick. Dogs have helped people in so many ways and this how they get treated.. even because they are a little different from people... they are more sensitive and lovable than people they are a gift from god, just like us.

We can all do something.
I hope that this video will inspire you to make a difference,
and help out those stray animals who shouldn't be treated that way.
